Alpine Aerial Photography provides professional Colorado drone photography, drone video production, real estate media, construction documentation, and aerial mapping services across Colorado. We combine FAA Part 107 certified drone operations with a creative eye, technical GIS experience, and practical Colorado field experience to deliver reliable visuals for businesses, property teams, contractors, agencies, and outdoor brands across Boulder, Denver, and the Front Range.

Alpine Aerial Photography is a Boulder-based aerial media company led by Alex Frachetti, combining FAA Part 107 drone operations, professional photography and video production, GIS experience, and practical Colorado field planning.
Alex Frachetti is a Colorado-based drone pilot, photographer, videographer, and GIS specialist. He is a CU Boulder graduate with a degree in Creative Technology and Design from the ATLAS Institute, a minor in Computer Science, and a certificate in Computational GIS.
His work combines creative production with technical aerial data capture, including real estate media, construction progress documentation, commercial video, mapping, photogrammetry, and GIS visualization. With hundreds of successful flights and years of experience working in Colorado's varied terrain, Alex brings a practical, safety-focused approach to every project.
Alpine Aerial Photography uses professional drone, camera, video, and geospatial tools to match the needs of each project. Whether the goal is polished marketing media, construction progress documentation, real estate visuals, FPV video, or aerial mapping, we build the capture plan around safety, image quality, and the final deliverables.
Our drone equipment supports everything from cinematic aerial video to technical data capture. Platforms include the DJI Mavic 4 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise, DJI Avata 2 FPV, and DJI Matrice 300 for larger commercial, mapping, and inspection projects.
For mapping and technical projects, we support LiDAR, thermal drone, and mapping sensor workflows, along with RTK base station setup and ground control points when accuracy and repeatability matter. These tools support orthomosaics, 3D models, site documentation, photogrammetry, and GIS-ready deliverables.
Mapping deliverables can support planning, documentation, and visualization workflows. Survey-grade deliverables require coordination with a licensed surveyor when applicable.
Beyond aerial capture, Alpine Aerial Photography uses Sony camera systems including the Sony A7V and Sony a6700, along with gimbal stabilization, wireless microphones, and a basic lighting kit for interviews, ground video, real estate media, and polished commercial projects.
Every project is planned around location, airspace, weather, safety, and deliverables. FAA Part 107 certified and insured drone operations, Colorado weather and terrain experience, organized file delivery, and practical communication guide the work from planning through final delivery.
